Sea-Graphics is primarily a maritime design studio that offers custom art work and a wide variety of nautical gifts and accessories, from quality embroidered summer apparel, to fleece blankets and pillows, a variety of canvas bags, towels, pillow cases, glass ware and stoneware coffee and chowder mugs,  

Because our unique specialty is to print, embroider, or otherwise affix your very personal logo design, including your yacht club burgee and private signal, as well as your boat name, or other desired text line, on most all the items we offer, it is imperative that you communicate with us by E-mail, Fax or Phone.  We will need to be provided with facsimiles of any burgees and flags you may wish us to reproduce along with an exact description of the colors involved.  To make it easy, we've included a Fax Form you can print out, fill in and fax to us; we'll call you back to discuss your ideas and wishes within minutes.

Payment policy: 

Sea-Graphics does not accept credit cards.  All orders must be accompanied with a check (or money order) in the amount of 75% of the total order price, with the remainder due and payable at the time of shipment.

Please note:  

Setup charges may apply to embroidered items; Sea-Graphics charges a minimum, one time "digitizing" fee based upon stitch count.  While each setup charge should be quoted separately, our rule of thumb figure is $50.00 per flag.  There are  no setup charges for logos, burgees, or private signal flags that have previously been embroidered by Sea-Graphics, or for yacht club burgees or private signals already in stock. For burgees, private signals, and special logos that have not previously been sewn, our nominal setup charges will be waived on orders of $175.00 (exclusive of all Stormy Seas garments) or more per item digitized.   

Return Policy:

Items which include custom logos, or which are otherwise personalized are not returnable and are non-refundable.  Care should be taken when private signals, personal logos and yacht club burgees are submitted that all colors in the representation accurately represent those actually used in the original design or flag.  Sea-Graphics cannot be held responsible for errors in product size or errors in color representation which closely resemble the artwork submitted and/or approved by the customer.

The return of blank items (not personalized with embroidery or other personalization methods) will be accepted for a period of fifteen (15) days of original shipment by Sea-Graphics, Inc..  Subject to inspection and approval, Sea-Graphics, Inc. will accept the return of blank items, in their original packing, subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee based upon retail price and exclusive of shipping costs, which cannot be refunded.
